Manufacturing Process Engineer

TPI Machine Ltd. is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production, inventory, and quality assurance programs that drive efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement plant layouts and production facilities to optimize workflow and minimize waste
- Conduct work measurement studies to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for increased productivity
- Develop and implement health, safety, and fire prevention plans to ensure a safe working environment
- Train employees on safety procedures and protocols
- Develop computer applications for machines and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement manufacturing and processing procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, and reports to support business decisions
- College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, operations management)
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
