Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing strategies
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancement, cost reduction, and waste elimination
  • Collaborating with contractors and suppliers to drive collective success
  • Mentoring junior engineers to foster a culture of learning and creativity

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, certification as a Professional Engineer (PE), and experience in the extrusion industry.
