Merchandise Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandise Processing Associate to join our team at Savers / Value Village. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers, donors, and team members.
Key Responsibilities- Process and prepare merchandise for sale, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- A comprehensive onboarding program, including training and mentorship to ensure success in the role.
