Merchandise Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandise Processing Associate to join our team at Savers / Value Village. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in creating an exceptional customer experience by ensuring our stores are stocked with a wide variety of donated items.
Key Responsibilities- Process and prepare merchandise for sale, including sorting, pricing, and displaying items
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- A comprehensive onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition into the role
