About the Role

Parsiena Design Inc is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Technologist to join our team as a Project Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of engineering specifications and drawings, participating in field surveys, inspections, and technical investigations, and preparing construction specifications, costs, and material estimates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Engineering Specifications and Drawings: Assist in the development of engineering specifications and drawings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Field Surveys and Inspections: Participate in field surveys, inspections, and technical investigations to gather data and information.
  • Construction Specifications and Estimates: Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Engineering Designs and Drawings: Prepare engineering designs and drawings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Project Schedules: Prepare project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Consultation Services: Provide consultation services to government and other organizations, ensuring expertise and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in civil engineering, project coordination, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of CAE, AutoCAD, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Word, and Autodesk REVIT.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
