Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a background in civil construction and engineering to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, managing projects from initiation to closure, and ensuring delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate in accordance with and uphold Emil Anderson Group (EAG) Core Values.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and resources.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and major suppliers to prepare contracts and ensure compliance.
  • Work closely with Management to monitor financial aspects of the contract.
  • Monitor construction progress and update Management on project status.
  • Support opportunity pursuits and the estimating of bids.
  • Provide technical advice and resolve problems proactively.
  • Mentor and lead operations staff on site.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental protection practices and procedures.
  • Evaluate workmanship and maintain quality standards.
  • Identify and solve constructability issues.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in civil construction and engineering.
  • Must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and Bluebeam.
  • Based in the Fraser Valley region.

What We Offer
