We are seeking an experienced Cannabis Inventory Control Manager to join our team at KJ's Best Cannabis.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the inventory management of cannabis products from receipt to sale. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory control, logistics, and customer service. We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of all cannabis products, including tracking quantities, expiration dates, and product labels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of cannabis products and manage receiving and stocking procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory control systems to minimize waste, reduce shrinkage, and optimize stock levels.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify trends and patterns in customer demand, and make recommendations for inventory adjustments.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory data.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control, logistics, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and professional development opportunities.
