We are a reputable hairstyling salon seeking a skilled and experienced manager to oversee our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Establish and implement effective policies and procedures for our staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Budget and Inventory Control: Plan and manage our budget and inventory to optimize our resources and minimize waste.
  • Marketing and Advertising: Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies to promote our salon and attract new customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate our daily operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Supervision and Teamwork
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 5-10 people.
  • Teamwork: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.

  • Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong client focus and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
