We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairstyling Salon Manager to join our team at #4 Happy Haircut & Beauty Salon Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budget and inventory, manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.
- Supervision: Lead a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Client Focus: Foster a client-centric culture, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
