Key Responsibilities- Supervision: Oversee the work of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Site Inspections: Regularly inspect sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Budgeting: Prepare budget estimates and recommend additional services as required.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and coordinate work schedules with other departments.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Physical Demands: Repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, kneeling.
- Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, gloves.
This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
