We are expanding and searching for a strong, experienced leader looking to advance their career in the warehousing industry

Bradner Cold Storage is a locally owned warehousing and logistics company where we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers in our growing entrepreneurial company.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for proactively leading the daily operations of the warehouse. The focus of the Warehouse Supervisor is on the leadership and direct supervision of the warehouse personnel and the daily workflows. The Warehouse Supervisor ensures the facility operates with people, policies, and procedures that support safety, efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehousing
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a direct supervisory role
- Mobile Equipment Train the Trainer certification (Class 1, 2, and 3)
- Level 1 First Aid
- Computer-based analysis skills
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP, SQF
- Proactive and proven problem solver
- Decisive leader, action oriented
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Excellent at task prioritization
- Continuous improvement mentality
- Strong team leadership
- Non-compromising on health and safety

**What you would be doing**:

- Observing, coaching, and auditing staff and processes
- Daily workflow and task management (ensuring work is completed in time to meet operational requirements)
- Understanding and interpreting warehouse statistics and reports
- Reporting and maintaining warehouse KPIs to management
- Meeting performance standards
- Ensure daily achievement of highest standard of warehousing good practices, HACCP, and Food Safety
- Ensure high standard of cleanliness, organization, and space management is maintained in the warehouse
- Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure they are successful in their current roles and development for future advancement
- Building positive workplace culture

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
