At Septodont, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Procurement Specialist to join our team in Cambridge, Ontario. As a key member of our global procurement organization, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and selecting the best vendors to deliver high-quality materials and services that meet our operational needs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in strategic procurement. You should have expertise in procurement principles, supply chain understanding, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to demonstrate initiative, independence, and a strong work ethic. You will be working closely with internal stakeholders, including site purchasing teams, supply chain, engineering, production, project management, and product development teams.

You will be responsible for supporting internal stakeholders with the sourcing and procurement process, including needs and scope definition, vendor screening, proposal comparison, and contract negotiation. You will also lead regular business review meetings with main/strategic vendors and manage KPIs aligned with our global procurement strategy.
