Senior Case Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Case Associate to join our team at Sun Life Financial. As a Senior Case Associate, you will be responsible for the administration of insurance proposals, from verification to mailing of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze applications and submit records to medical underwriters as needed
  • Adjust accounting entries and arrange for premiums to be paid
  • Issue or decline contracts and communicate with advisors and clients
  • Communicate daily with advisors via phone and email to ensure file status and necessary information
Requirements:
  • Bilingualism (French and English, both oral and written) to communicate with clients across Canada and worldwide
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and over the phone
  • Knowledge of Sun Life systems (Ingenium, MLIF, customer service desk)
