Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control daily retail operations to achieve sales goals and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- Plan and organize merchandise displays and visual presentations to maximize sales potential.
- Manage a team of retail staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement sales promotions and price policies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and procure merchandise for resale.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
