Motel Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Motel Manager to join our team at Rosecourt Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient motel operations
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to staff
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates and services
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase occupancy rates
  • Enforce policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
