We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team of healthcare professionals at Fraser Health. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert nursing care to patients and families, while also serving as a clinical leader in your area of specialty.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing and at least five years of recent related nursing experience, with three years of experience in a clinical area relevant to the specialty. You will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to develop, implement, and evaluate programs in your area of clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide consultation to primary care providers, community groups, and other service providers.
- Work collaboratively with directors, managers, educators, and other staff within the designated health services area, regional network, and/or designated clinical programs.
- Develop and implement education programs to assist nursing staff in meeting performance expectations and standards of professional practice.
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist at Fraser Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals, while also contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
