  • Raking and collecting refuse, keeping our grounds free of debris
  • Removing litter and garbage, keeping our community clean
  • CARTING AND SPREADING TOPSOIL AND OTHER MATERIALS, as needed, to maintain our lawns and gardens
  • PLANTING BULBS, FLOWERS, SHRUBS, AND TREES, to enhance our property's aesthetic appeal
  • OPERATING AND MAINTAINING LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT, to ensure our tools are in good working order

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions. If you are physically fit and able to work outdoors, we encourage you to apply.
