Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our wine store team and provide exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for setting strategies, sales goals, and targets for the store, ensuring store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards, and promoting a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
- Lead and manage a high-performing store team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities
- Ensure accurate inventory management and control, including ordering and receiving stock
- Manage store operations, including scheduling, customer service, and store appearance
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in community-driven initiatives and festivals to promote the store and build relationships with customers
Requirements
- 2 years' experience in retail management and customer service
- Dynamic and positive personality with strong leadership skills
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where priorities change
- Ability to make complex decisions with integrity that supports company guidelines
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Smart Serve Certification is required
