We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Karachi Kabab Wala Inc. as a Retail Butcher. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing meat products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and Prepare Meats: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting, ensuring high-quality products for our customers.
- Special Cuts and Orders: Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers, meeting their specific needs and preferences.
- Standard Cuts and Packaging: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, wrapping and packaging them for sale.
- Meat Processing: Remove bones from meat, weigh meats for sale, cut poultry into parts, grind meats, and train meat cutters to ensure efficient and safe meat processing.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns related to meat products.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
