About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Veterinary Support Specialist to join our team at IDEXX. As a Field Support Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our veterinary customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain customer accounts through education and customer-centric solutions.
  • Install and train staff on the best use of IDEXX Diagnostic Imaging Systems.
  • Provide onsite technical support to customers, addressing technical issues and ensuring seamless system operation.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives and Customer Support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Travel extensively (up to 75% of the time) to visit customers, attend customer events, and accommodate emergency visits.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of veterinary clinic experience, with a training and/or leadership background preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong customer and peer partnerships.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work in a dynamic environment, making quality and timely decisions.
  • Effective listening skills, with the ability to adapt approach and demeanor to different situations.
  • Comfortable learning and using technology, including computers, tablets, and smartphones.
