About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Aventura Marketing Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets its sales targets.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Authorize the return of merchandise, sell merchandise, and prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising matters.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
