Your duties will include determining the method of shipment, scheduling distribution of goods, and preparing bills of lading and other shipping documents.

In this role, you will also be responsible for assembling containers and crates, inspecting and verifying incoming goods, and maintaining our internal record-keeping system. Additionally, you will be responsible for recording shortages and rejecting damaged goods, routing goods to appropriate storage areas, and packing goods to be shipped.

You will work closely with our material handlers and helpers to oversee the loading and unloading of goods, and you will be responsible for supervising them to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for paying and receiving payments for goods, and for maintaining accurate records of inventory and shipments.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. If you have experience with inventory control software, spreadsheets, and MS Excel, and if you are able to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Inventory control software experience
  • Spreadsheet experience
  • MS Excel experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
