Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Thrive Group Canada. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Promote a positive and supportive team environment.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
- Ensure resident confidentiality and maintain accurate medical records.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or delegate.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- College diploma preferred.
- Leadership ability and comprehensive knowledge of nursing and healthcare practices.
- Good physical and mental health, empathy, patience, and tact.
- Ability to maintain competency and continued learning.
