The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in the cleaning industry is essential, with a minimum of 2 years' experience required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for thorough cleaning of common areas, including the lobby, corridors, elevators, laundry room, parking garage, outdoor grounds, and garbage rooms. This will involve vacuuming all carpeted areas, sweeping and mopping all floors, spot-cleaning glass windows and doors, and efficient garbage removal and disposal as necessary.

Prior to commencing work, the candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
