Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the employee referral program, temporary employee list, and general applications and inquiries. They will also ensure recruitment processes are in line with collective agreements and company policies, contribute to negotiations and purchasing of job postings/advertisements, and manage access rights, profiles, and security rights for end users in Taleo.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Manage the employee referral program and temporary employee list.
  • Respond to general applications and inquiries from candidates.
  • Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies and collective agreements.
  • Negotiate and purchase job postings/advertisements from external job boards.
  • Manage access rights, profiles, and security rights for end users in Taleo.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience working in recruitment and/or knowledge of best practices.
  • Previous advertising or marketing experience is an asset, including experience with social media campaigning.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills are required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience using the Applicant Tracking System, Taleo is an asset.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable with strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is preferred.
