Electrical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to crew leaders and site crews to ensure daily objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of assigned crews, ensuring work scopes are completed safely and on time.
- Work closely with the Electrical Services Manager and Engineer/Project Manager to ensure client requirements are met and project timelines are achieved.
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Collaborate with the EHS department to investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements:
- Registered Red Seal Interprovincial Electrical Journeyman Ticket
- 7+ years industrial experience, with 3+ years supervision experience
- SaskPower construction experience preferred
- Substation and/or High Voltage apparatus construction preferred
- Thorough understanding of CEC and ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
- Strong leadership and supervision skills, with a focus on safety and quality
