Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Foreman to oversee and coordinate a team of electricians, ensuring the successful completion of electrical projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to lead and motivate a team to complete projects on time and within budget.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of electricians
- Plan and layout wiring diagrams, conduit systems, and electrical panel locations
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures
- Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and diagnose issues
- Train and mentor electricians in safety protocols and job skills
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are available for projects
- Monitor the work of electricians to ensure quality of work meets standards
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years experience in electrical installation and wiring
- Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Working knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
- Able to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
