Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the renovation process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Control and communicate the budget effectively, ensuring that our clients are aware of all costs and expenses.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that their expectations are met.
  • Lead and develop a team of skilled tradespeople, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Continuously learn and improve our processes and procedures, ensuring that we are always providing the best possible service to our clients.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing renovation projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, tradespeople, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills, with the ability to control and communicate costs effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
