Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Coordinator Equipment & Building (evening shift - on site)

  • Hold a secondary degree in a relevant field.
  • Communicate effectively between technicians, customers, plant engineering, and planners.
  • Prepare a daily summary and hand over to the next shift.
  • Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Assign work orders to technicians.
  • Consolidate inputs from various sources and coordinate work according to priorities.
  • Communicate action plans and follow up with customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct pre- and post-intervention operational checks.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to support the company's preventive vision.
  • Monitor KPIs and manage discrepancy management.
  • Perform Potential Impact Reviews (PIRs).
  • Write work permits.
  • Assist and support the maintenance leader.
  • Participate actively in the Daily Management Meeting (DMM) to bring up issues.

Requirements:

  • Hold a secondary degree or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrate good leadership skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and oral.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume job environment.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Project suite.
  • Experience working with an ERP module (Maximo).
