Sales Team Director

We are seeking a Sales Team Director who will lead the charge in generating sales, managing overdue accounts, and maximizing portfolio growth through direct engagement with customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coaching and training your team to excel in their roles.
The successful candidate will have some experience in a leadership capacity, preferably in a sales environment, and be able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit). You should possess excellent communication skills, be people-oriented, and results-driven. Compassion and integrity are essential qualities for this role, as you will be working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
