Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our team at The Oak Hotel and Suites. As a Housekeeping Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers, address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Work Environment: Hotel, motel, resort.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset or equivalent experience.
Work Details
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
