- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project managers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve project delivery and outcomes.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in wellhead products and associated services.
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or technical institute.
- Membership with APEGA/ASET or eligible to get membership.
- Proficient with 3D modeling and drafting using Creo/Solidworks/AutoCAD.
- Thorough knowledge of API 6A product requirements and stress analysis.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, plan, and perform work with minimal direction and supervision.
