  • Develop and implement project plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project managers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve project delivery and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in wellhead products and associated services.
  • Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or technical institute.
  • Membership with APEGA/ASET or eligible to get membership.
  • Proficient with 3D modeling and drafting using Creo/Solidworks/AutoCAD.
  • Thorough knowledge of API 6A product requirements and stress analysis.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, plan, and perform work with minimal direction and supervision.
