Mattel is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Management Senior Manager to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our Global Demand and Analytics division, you will be responsible for overseeing two teams: Supply Chain Planning and Customer Fulfillment & Inventory Management.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supply chain relationships with top customers and suppliers.
  • Improve the cost-effectiveness and develop the capabilities of Mattel Canada's supply chain to meet strategic growth objectives.
  • Liaise with external parties to represent Mattel Canada in peer-to-peer meetings and joint projects.
  • Manage supply chain projects, including identifying key steps, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Ensure high fill rates and effective inventory management.
  • Raise the profile and visibility of the planning function and enhance reporting.

What We're Looking For:

  • University degree required.
  • 8+ years of related business experience.
  • Experience with contemporary planning platforms required.
  • Logistics/Supply Chain vocational qualification desired.
  • Proven ability to manage internal and external relationships.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Excellent analytical and reasoning ability.
  • Proven track record of people leadership and culture building.
