Job Title: Supply Chain Management Senior Manager

About the Role:

The Supply Chain Management Senior Manager will be responsible for leading our Supply Chain Planning and Logistics teams in Canada. This role will oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans to optimize our supply chain operations, ensuring that we meet our business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop our Supply Chain Planning and Logistics teams to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize our supply chain operations, including demand planning, replenishment, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on planning and logistics.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
