Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at Logos Holdings Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, preparing payroll, and invoicing clients, among other financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payments
  • Prepare payroll and ensure accurate calculations
  • Invoice clients and maintain accurate records
  • Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems
  • Perform general office duties
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to maintain accurate records and perform financial calculations with a high degree of accuracy.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Accurate and detail-oriented
