We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at the IFRC Society. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, reviewing financial transactions, and preparing payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
  • Review financial transactions for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
  • Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting
  • Prepare reports and provide financial insights to management

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language required
