We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to provide support and subject matter expertise to the fundraising team in developing initiatives emphasizing donor acquisition/retention, conversion rates, optimization, and performance tracking.

Salary

$64,500 - $92,750 CAD per annum, based on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage datasets for various projects, ensuring high quality data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business team leaders and users to design and build analytics capabilities, driving business growth through data-informed strategies.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to inform business decisions.
  • Apply advanced data mining techniques to uncover patterns and trends, translating data into actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide evidence-based recommendations to enhance lead generation, conversion, retention, cultivation, and stewardship strategy and tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in analytics, with proficiency in data analysis techniques and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, able to work collaboratively across teams.
