Lead AEM Developer Opportunity

NearSource Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Lead AEM Developer to join our dynamic team in Canada. As a pioneer in shaping innovative solutions, you will drive technological excellence forward and contribute to the success of a multinational Fortune 500 project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the full development life cycle, including requirements analysis and design, as a technical expert on development projects.
  • Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements, investigating questions or clarifications where requirements are unclear.
  • Support, maintain, and document software functionality, identifying and evaluating new technologies for implementation.
  • Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed.
  • Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
  • Consult with end-users to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet their needs.
Requirements:
  • 8 years of solid designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging new and existing software systems and/or applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software for internal use.
  • Strong experience in using the following aspects of AEM Sling: Dialog Configuration, Authoring Environment, CRX DE, Package Manager, User Administration Area, Assets Area, and OSGi consoles.
  • Experience with frontend tech like HTML, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Good command of AEM experience; strong understanding of HTL and SlingModel development.
