Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or an acceptable equivalent combination of training or experience
  • Several years of related work experience with thorough understanding of and direct experience with workplace conflict resolution principles and best practices
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in sensitive matters with prudence and discretion
  • Leadership competencies required at this level of work include conceptual thinking, strategic orientation, outcome focus, initiative, effective interactive communication, partnering and relationship building, and intercultural and diversity proficiency
