The Workforce & Benefits Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the Human Resources Team at Njoyn. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
* Administering Workforce Systems throughout the employee life cycle
* Maintaining employee electronic personnel files
* Assisting in the internal recruitment process
* Processing employee status changes & terminations
* Regularly completing audits to maintain data integrity
* Communicating important information to staff electronically
* Presenting new employee orientation related to Workforce & Scheduling
* Reviewing, validating and correcting electronic employee timecards
* Responding to employee questions and concerns
The ideal candidate will have a college diploma, at least 1 year related experience, strong knowledge and skill with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, prior experience and knowledge of Kronos or other scheduling programs considered an asset, and a passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also need to be proactive, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you're a team player with a customer-focused approach, we want to hear from you.
