About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at GOOD KARMA. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and food safety.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation and presentation of food, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Plateware and Supplies: Ensure that all plateware, utensils, and supplies are clean and stored properly.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that all waste is disposed of in a responsible manner.
  • General Kitchen Duties: Perform other general kitchen duties as required, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Teamwork: You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Reliability: You must be reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
