Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited is seeking a skilled Hospitality Ambassador to join our team

About the Role:

We are looking for a charismatic and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Hospitality Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests and provide a premium experience.
  • Initiate conversations and build relationships with our visitors.
  • Manage the flow of the restaurant and generate customer loyalty.
  • Process reservations and plan guest seating arrangements.
  • Assist servers with food and beverage expediting, bussing, and cleaning.

Requirements:

  • Host/hostess experience in the hospitality/food service industry preferred.
  • Cash handling experience using POS system or cashier register.
  • Tourism, promotion, marketing, entertainment, or event training experience preferred.
  • Serving It Right (BC)/Proserve (Alberta) certificate/Smart Serve (Ontario).
  • World Host/Super Host certificate or other similar customer service programs preferred.
