Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Financial Services Representative to join our team in the Prince Albert branch. As a Financial Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing everyday banking services and products to meet their immediate needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist members with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals, and more.
  • Proactively identify and respond to members' needs to empower them to achieve their financial goals.
  • Learn additional aspects of branch operations, including opening accounts, wire transfers, and completing simple credit card applications.
  • Uncover opportunities to refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in providing customer service
  • Experience in cash handling
