Front-end Developer for Dynamic Web Applications

We are seeking a skilled front-end developer to join our team at Nova Tribes Inc in Calgary, Canada. As a front-end developer, you will be responsible for designing and building user-friendly web applications with a strong focus on front-end performance, responsive design, and seamless user experience.
Key Requirements:- A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/front-end development with a focus on React JS.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript ES6+ features.
- Experience with React JS and popular React libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router).
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and the ability to implement designs with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, LESS) and CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material UI).
- Experience with responsive design techniques and frameworks.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
- Proficiency with version control tools like Git.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks for front-end applications (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Enzyme).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with TypeScript and GraphQL is a plus.
- Experience with UI performance optimization.
- Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams. Experience working with Pega is not required, but knowledge of the platform is a plus.
In addition to a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
