Rooms Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to join our team as a Rooms Operations Manager. In this key position, you will be responsible for managing staff, driving guest satisfaction, and maximizing departmental financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage staff to achieve operational excellence
- Drive guest satisfaction through effective problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Analyze financial data to optimize departmental performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related field preferred
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major and 2 years experience preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range $53,000 - $67,000 annually
