Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Select and acquire vehicles to meet client needs and manage inventory effectively.
  • Structure and secure financing deals by working directly with financial institutions.
  • Manage payroll and commissions for employees.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and build strong lender relationships.
  • Recruit, manage, and lead your own team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, finance, or related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
