About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Lifecycle Planner to join our team at RONA Inc. As a key member of our Merchandising and Planning team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a financial business partner to Merchandising and Planning teams, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with merchandising teams to develop and implement strategies for selling end-of-life inventory.
  • Develop and maintain financial planning models for forecast and budget.
  • Collaborate in the evaluation of key performance indicators to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate university education in finance, accounting, or economics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, margin, and inventory management.
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and presentation skills to leadership teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly growing and changing environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of IT tools, including Excel, Power BI, and dashboard developments.
