What You'll Do

As a Retail Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries
  • Processing sales transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store environment, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and creating eye-catching displays
  • Assisting with fitting room duties, including ensuring the counter area is clean and organized
