Digital Marketing Team Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our team at Flywheel Digital. As a key member of our growth marketing agency, you'll be responsible for leading our digital marketing efforts and driving business growth through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Lead a small team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising and campaign optimization
- Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading a team of marketing professionals
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 CAD, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
