About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our team at Flywheel Digital. As a key member of our growth marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising and campaign optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising platforms
What We Offer

At Flywheel Digital, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $90,000 to $110,000 CAD, depending on experience.
